"Big or small, new galleries are still opening in Paris. One of the capital's smallest must be Ma Galerie, 12 rue de l'Ancienne Comédie, 75006 Paris, which opened in February with an exhibition of (IFP) Twenty-three-year-old director Emmanuel Perrotin admits, 'The gallery space itself isn't great, but it gives structure to our activities.' "

In the exhibition, the artists present a series of works created in Paris that deal with the notions of time and preservation.
Included in the exhibition is a work that juxtaposes a map of Paris monuments against food preparation in a Paris restaurant.
Another project, Vinegar of the 48 Weeds, is an investigation of the site of Euro Disney, working with two landscapes : the imagery one inside the boundaries of Disney and the landscape outside its borders. Also a perfume done in connection with a "nose" and Nina Ricci was created to match the scent of the documents stored at the National Archives. The perfume is used to scent bookmarks which are then dispersed.
